Pets are known to better your physical health and mental well-being. Brookleigh Flats Luxury Apartment Homes believes that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. Qualified service animals are always welcome without deposit or fee.

  • $500 Non-Refundable Fee
  • Breed Restrictions Apply

We require a veterinarian letter, indicating the breed, weight and current shot records along with copy of rabies vaccination.
