Brookleigh Flats Luxury Apartment Homes is an upscale apartment home rental community providing 1 and 2-bedroom pet-friendly apartments for rent in Brookhaven, GA. We believe that pet-friendly apartments for rent are an important part of life, so we accommodate pet ownership. We require a veterinarian letter, indicating the breed, weight, and current shot records along with a copy of rabies vaccination. In addition, we ask for a $500.00 pet deposit and $20.00 a month in pet rent. Please keep in mind that all breeds must be approved by management. Qualified service animals are always welcome without a deposit or fee. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours.
